Nazhen has 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining center which are equipped with auxiliary tool produced by ourselves to ensure the precision of the keyway dimension and degree of symmetry of connecting rod journals. Different numbers of tool bits will be chosen to realize keyway milling according to the practical condition of the keyway. The dimensional precision is tested via coordinate measuring machine.
